Lush Ultrabland 1 Month Trial

About a month ago i went into lush searching for my other favourite product Herbalism, the kind man came up to me and showed me everything to do for troubled skin and i was amazed. He said this would work wonders on my skin if i used nothing but it for a month (like i say on the bottom picture) so i did, i would say it has defiantly improved my skin and made it break out less but if i don't use it for one night i can tell the effect it has on my skin. I use this by first taking off my mascara on my bottom lashes (i have extensions on my top so review will be use very soon) then i apply this all over my face massaging it into my skin until i can tell all of my make up is socked up onto the greasy substance… after I've done that i went get a warm facial cloth and wipe it off, i do find that i have to basically wash it every times i use it all it sticks into the cloth and doesn't come off. I would recommend this but only for people who have like blemishes or spots that don't come up as red as it does nothing for red spots.

My spots are red but are flat so i wouldn't call them spots really so my search for a product to reduce the redness it still on my hunt, I'm hoping that then i go away for a week in a couple of day they will bring them down a bit… hoping. For people who read my blog consistently will know i haven't been blogging much this is due to not having my laptop (boo!!), but before i go away I've got a blog post everyday and some ideas on outfit posts that will be shown to you tomorrow on that post…so stay tuned my lovelies.

All White For A Night Out

Now don't get my wrong white is a very risky colour… I mean white? I'm the most clumsy people going so there is always going to be something down me. So lets get started. This is my new co-ord midi skirt with a top, it'd so tight fitting so it really does show up your figure and personally i think white it so perfect for days like these, right? If you're tanned then white just does it as you feel so some more confident (well i do anyway). This co-ord is from miss guided, there are some such lovely stuff on there which makes me want to just buy them all… which i can't *cries*, this is such a good buy as your could place the top with some jeans or another skirt which i find help full, like buy one get one free in my eyes. (these photos aren't very good as they include my dear friends but I'm sure you can see this lovely outfit perfectly.

Tea Tree Oil Saver

Over the past couple of month i have been trying to find products which are going to be helping my spots while i've been having my make up on (i know it seems impossible) but look not further, this little bottle is my life saver i couldn't think of anything which could help my skin/spots any better. I purchased this little bottle of joy in a pack with the pore minimiser (amazing as well), i didn't start using it till a couple of weeks ago, as it is an oil it dry really quick and doesn't leave as crusty bits underneath your make up…which we all hate don't we? This just smooths the skin out while soothing your spots at the same time, it does wonders and i think it acts as a barrier for make up to fall into my open spots making them worse as ever since iv been using this my skin hasn't has any breakouts.

I only put this on it a morning before iv toned my skin with Lush Tea Tree Toner, i put 3 drips on the palm of my hand then get a finger and transfer it onto my face, it does try quickly so you will need to work fast (i do use a couple more drips just so i have very spot covered no matter how big/small). This products will last you a very long time as you don't need to use a lot but i will defiantly be using this product over and over again when it does decide to run out! On this i don't have anything bad to say about it really, it just the perfect little product which is so help full just to have in your bag, a truly amazing little thing.

I've been shopping at body shop only for a little time now and everything is so lovely and cheap i think and they are all of such high quality for what you get and i think everything works well with my skin,i cannot wait to be able to spend some money of a couple for on their products in the future.

Big 18th Birthday Weekend Celebrations

Hello all my lovelies, I'm sorry i haven't been blogging for nearly over a week but I've been so busy with everything (as you can tell by the title) well its been my 18th… i know I'm old *sighs*. But now that I'm back on track I've been itching to post about my lovely piece full weekend away!

On the Friday i went for a pamper day as my local beauty salon, i got my eyebrows tinted, eye lash extensions (review post will be up after iv finished with them) and my nails done. It was a long 4 hour but well worth the wait when id finish in the salon looking and feeling my best.

First my weekend started like any normal birthday the pure excitement was welling up inside of me! I spend the first morning with my loving father, all he bought me a car he said i have to drive him to the market (fun..) well i did and failed a few attempts at it first but i got the hang of it. When i look at it i still cannot believe i have a car, its just so surreal. Because I'm not going to be spending the night will my dad we went out of a meal with my step mum and step brother in my home city Sheffield which was lovely. Plus i was so surprised with my present and all the Micheal Kors stuff i received it made me birthday because I'm so obsessed (blog post here)

Later on in the day i got a train up to Darlington to meet my mum so we could so spend my birthday as these beautiful lodges by a lake, don't know if you'll know it, its call Brompton Lakes, its near Richmond. When i got there everyone sang happy birthday obvcourse all the usual antics that will go on, i went and walked to the riding shop to pick up some bits and bobs, then got ready for a beautiful mean in richmond which was a lovely end to a beautiful birthday. As everyone will have know the first England game of the world cup was on my birthday so we all sat down to watch that… not my idea of fun but i was out voted :(.

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and a father days! My routine of blogging with my back to normal by next week! Have an amazing week lovelies.

Review: Revlon Colourburst Matte Balm vs Clarins Lip Balm

I've been wanting to do a post on both of these lately so after that i decided to compare them both and give a answer, which i love doing because some people feel that more expensive products will be better. Recently i've heard so much news from the Revlon stick lipsticks, first i bought the Clarins version which is amazing, my take on both of both is fairly equal but i have the ups and downs about both of them. So here we go!

The main factor to this is the packaging, to me i find the Clarins so much more versatile as i like products which look and say "i'm worth it" the Revlon doesn't do this for me. This is probably because its chunky and looks like a Crayola wax crayon. Also the screw to make more stick come out is so much nice on the Clarins because it so smooth, with Revlon it felt like i'd broke the product really, which doesn't make me want to buy any more of it. This has defiantly put Clarins on top as the product was £10 more expensive and boy it does show.

I felt like the moisture was better with Clarins as i didn't need to put my lip balm on before applying it which some times when my lips were dry i have to smooth them up before i applied the Revlon, as much as this is not a problem to me the Revlon is personally better so staying on and the colour. I have this colour in a Mac lipstick but i feel it can be too dark at times, with these you could build it and it stayed on if you drank or ate, the only time i came off is when you drank an excessive amounts. As you can see the Clarins is so much more lighter so this just gives me a nice glow to my lips which i love when I'm not looking my best and it gives me lift up.

They are both great products but it you are wanting a moisture boost with a lovely colour and nice packaging Clarins it is, but if you want a colour which is going to last all day and all night you're better going for the Revlon.

I hope you are all having a good week, I am having an amazing week as i'v just found out i've got my insurance for my car i get on Saturday plus I'm exited for my 18th Birthday celebrations for the family.

Esteè Lauder Stay In Place Double Wear

In my time iv been the one to try out various types of foundations, but this tops every liquid foundation. I thought mac was a good liquid foundation but thats gone out the window, I think this is about £2 more expensive but totally worth it, as it has not oil in its build able leaving you with a shear full covered face! I tend to touch my face a lot throughout the day but this just stays in place no matter what, I found that you need to just leave it on your face like 3 mins before you apply anything else just to let it settle as it does look like you've got loads of make up on but when its settles it looks like you've got none (how amazing…?). I don't quite know how many shade they do but its well worth a ask, the foundation gives you a healthy natural looking glow which is perfect plus it covers up all the nasty red bits which everyone hates.

As summers coming round the corner, i would really like to try the lighter fountain of this or the BB Cream, have you tried any of the range?

Todays Photographs

Today isn't a normal post, but i just wanted to post some pictures of what i took today. As the sun was shining i took my camera out to see if i could capture some beautiful pictures... i think there alright to me. If you're all wondering "why is there a pony and horses?" well id like you to meet Star, this my little cheeky pony which i couldn't live with out, my best friend, i hope you all enjoy! She my bundle of joy as much as a complete monster she can be at times.

As you can all see it is really peaceful and i love coming here to relax, its a way to spend your sunday afternoon in the sun. Hope you have all had a beautiful weekend, have you done anything nice? i have as its my 18th next weekend and iv finally got my car sorted so i just have to wait for that to happen, eeee such an exiting week ahead but a very slow one at that!

Night time Routine

Taking your make up off is a big part of taking care of your skin, espisially if you're using liquid foundation as if the product is not removed properly then this will cause the skin to take 3 days to repair, never mind this build up of dead skin and foundation in your pore causing spots (yuk who wants that!). Well here i am, showing you how you can take your make up of on a budget.

Process:
Step 1:
First you are going to use the Ultrabland, and put a generous amount on your skin and massage it in, when your done thats and you can see that all your foundation is mixed in with your cleaners take some damp cotton pad and take it off, of use a wet flannel, i use the wet flannel because its less hassle and it removes all the cleanser off properly.
Step 2:
Dry your face, and spray and generous amount of the tea tree toner onto a cotton pad (or how much you want to use) i use quite a lot just so i feel satisfied that its got all in, but thats personal choice. Wipe the cotton pad all over your face a neck going through all the nut and cranny to get all your make up out of your pores. After iv done this i just spray my face with it and let it dry.
Step 3:
We now move onto the Grease lightning, i use this all over my fore head due to thats where i tend to get spots over night and ialso apply it to where i have spots or feel one coming through. You only need a tiny amount on your finger and a very thin layer. With this product the saying "i little is a lot' come to mind. I only use the product at night never in the morning.
Step 4:
This is the mist, after everything is dry and settle just spray your face where ever you like, totally up to you. This is going to make your skin hydrated but not going to rub of or interfere with your other products.

And there your done, i hope this blog has help people with spot and on a budget, let me know if you've tried anything or find product that work for you, i'd love to know!

New Primark Beauties

This is my second blog post today, but being bored and not having anything to do i thought i better post about these beauties! Well i wanted some night out shoes but didn't want to pay a hefty price for them, but as i was looking these came in my sight and oh my i fell in love and the price was amazing! £12 bargain or what! The colour is so light and not white like normal, but there nude and beautiful, their really on top of stuff this year as I'm not in love with the store, i go in for my daily socks then come out with the whole store. They are sensible, good for day and night and just go with everything which is my kind of shoes because iv fallen in love. These will definitely be my staple shoe for quite a couple of months with all my holidays coming up and the outfit iv been wanting to wear for the summer weather that will be heading our way (hopefully).

If you're looking for some cheap sandals for the summer months i would definitely advise you to pop down and have a look at least to see if something tickles your fancy.

Review: Esteè Lauder Clear Different Range

Targeted Treatment
Serum Treatment
People may think this is a pricey product which is going to be out of their price range, but just read it and i may change your mind, just maybe. As i went to get some new foundation as iv gone up god know how many shades the woman pointed out my spot. Well i wouldn't call them spots as my skin is smooth and their just red. She told me about the clear different range, first the serum; people think a serum is what older women use but its really good for young skin making it better for when you're older. She put the serum on my face telling me about it and how it get rid of blemishes and spot while decreasing the size of your pores before putting your make up on which will reduce break outs, she commented about how cleaning your face is essential (which i always do), this product is £45 which when she told me i died a little in side, all hope was not lost though as she gave me some sample's which have done the trick, when i cleanse my face its got not make up left on the pads, all my blemishes have gone, so over all i wouldn't let this price put you off as after all it will last you a good half year!

The one that i am extremely happy with and will recommend everyone just having this in their room when they get the odd blemish or red spot! I haven't found anything like this before, I got it on Tuesday and i applied it before i put my make up on to out before i put the serum on, my spot were so red, just wow in the morning my spot where just my normal skin colour it was amazing! I only apply this before i put my make up on because I use Lush Grease Lightning at night so not spots become worse after all your skin does repair its self over night! This product is 25 and you just have to use the tiniest amount, if you've ever got some extra cash i would recommend going to get it or ask for some sample to try before you buy!

Hope you're having a good week lovelies, let me know if you're trying anything the same at a lower price I'd love to know to try out!

Girl In The Striped Pyjamas

I've always wanted to do an outfit post, so i gathered up my camera and set stage to my garden for some photos, iv had these trousers for a long time now but not worn them since last year due to them being to big for me but all went well i put them on and they were tight as anything (i haven't put on weight its from muscle gain in the gym). I love simple clothing that has one out standing piece which just sets the outfit off. It obviously isn't as warm as yesterday but still its beautiful enough weather to wear something cool. You can't see what shoes I'm wearing but there here as my staple shoe, in a matter of fact iv just ordered some lovely shoe from ASOS again which i instantly fell in love with. I would say that this outfit is cheap and cheer full but i don't know what people budget it... but any girl will know that Topshop isn't the best for prices. Over the last couple of months i haven't shopped at Topshop only to get my jeans but iv started going online for them so they have my size. I find that you can get cheaper items of clothing which are exactly the same which makes me happy as I'm not spending as much!

Hope you're all having a happy money lovelies.

ASOS Beauties

When i first started blogging, I didn't really take an interest in ASOS until i looked on it. I found some really lovely items of clothing and shoes to die for, it really is a place where you can shop till you drop... well until your bank balance tells you other wise. These i have to say are my staple shoe they go with everything, plus they are undoubtedly beautiful. I find it hard to like sandals as I'm very picky but ASOS have won me over a but no doubt these have to be the most comfiest shoes i have ever purchased from any shop/online i defiantly have no regrets and hopefully will be buying all the shoes from my ASOS blog post a couple of days ago.

Hope you've enjoyed your weekend, with this beautiful weather because i have.
